About us
Stay in the Souterrain or the 2nd floor of the former presbytery on the Zuidbuurtseweg in Zoeterwoude.
The moment we fell in love with this beautiful place and were given the opportunity to live here, we knew we wanted to create something special. We envisioned a home we could share with others, featuring extra sleeping spaces so that as many people as possible could enjoy this amazing location.

The Souterrain is a space of 27 m2 and is a fully furnished apartment (maximum 2 persons).

The 2nd floor is a stylishly furnished apartment of approximately 60 m2 (max. 4 persons). It has a spacious bedroom, a large bathroom with a bath and shower, and a living room with a luxurious Emma sofa bed for two.
In both apartments, you will find a kitchen with the necessary basic facilities.
*Reservations for the basement and the 2nd floor are always for a minimum of 2 nights.
Our guests can use our front garden. When the weather is good, you can sit in the garden and enjoy a cup of coffee.
Both apartments have a smart TV and you can log into streaming services with Wi-Fi to watch a film or series. The former presbytery is located in an area where you can walk and cycle, right into the diked marsch. At the end of the day, you can roll into a lovely bed from Matt Sleeps.
Breakfast is only possible in exceptional cases, please indicate in advance. The costs are 10 euros per person per day. We mainly serve fresh local products. You can also use rental bikes. Do you have special wishes or requests? Let us know, we are happy to think along.

The Souterrain (minimum two nights)
1 Person: 80 euros per night
2 persons: 95 euros per night

The 2nd floor (minimum two nights)
2 Persons: 115 euros per night
3 persons: 130 euros per night
4 persons: 150 euros per night
Starting January 1, 2026, the VAT on overnight stays will increase from 9% to 21%. This means that we will be adjusting our accommodation prices accordingly as of January 1, 2026. The minimum stay remains two nights.

House rules
The apartments are non-smoking and pets are not welcome. We have a dog and two cats that you can meet in the hallway, but for whom the apartments are off-limits.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM unless otherwise agreed.
Check-out: before 11:00 am.
